Join Charla Tempone of Swann Holistic Health & Annie Okerlin of Yogani as they combine their techniques for a deep nervous system reset.
AcuNidra is a combination of a 5 needle acupuncture treatment with iRest Yoga Nidra meditation. It affects our mood, sleep and overall healing.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled start time.
We start with a brief introduction followed by a brief bio break and then settle in to receive the acupuncture. Annie will then begin the iRest Yoga Nidra practice last 35 - 45 minutes. We follow up with integration time and refreshment: tea & gluten free tea biscuits.
We ask you to bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and any other props you'd like for your greatest comfort. We request to avoid fragrances for the comfort of others.
