Hot Yoga

Bikram A specifically designed series of 26 postures performed in a heated room to keep the muscles supple working the entire body inside and out, bones to the skin. Be prepared to cleanse your system and refresh your soul. (all) | sign up

Hot Flow Great way to get warm and loosen up for your day! This class is designed to get deep into all the major joints and muscles through a series of gently flexing and extending asanas and will finish with deep spinal twists. Room is heated (all) | sign up

Yoga Lunch Hour A one hour long vinyasa style class designed to enjoy during a standard lunch hour. Students will practice in a warm room while working deeply into all major joints, hips, and shoulders. Ashtanga Yoga

Mysore Named for Mysore, India, where Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Guruji, first taught the Ashtanga Yoga method to students from all over the world. Full Primary This is an invigorating and heat-producing practice that detoxifies the system, realigns the body and energizes the spirit. This class teaches the full primary series of the Ashtanga Yoga system, adding seated forward bends, twists, and basic backbends. (2/3) | sign up

Ashtanga Flow Building on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice, we’ll move together through this dynamic and healing practice. We’ll follow the breath through most of Ashtanga’s Primary Series and play with the first few postures of Ashtanga’s Intermediate Series. Prana Flow TM This class draws its roots from Shiva Rea’s strong Prana FlowTM System. Each class is developed and sequenced to build you to a peak posture using classical alignment and deep foundations to ignite the Agni (internal fire) within you. Flowing postures and breath are woven together in stages to bring your postures to life with fluid body vinyasas, rhythmic vinyasas and heartfelt pulsations. Room temperature will be about 80-85°. Restorative Yoga Restorative Yoga places emphasis on aligned, supported, and held stretches. Poses are tailored to your individual body, supported with bolsters, blocks, blankets, and/or belts – then held for up to 2 to 5 minutes as you breathe and experience the effects of the pose on the body. Vinyasa Fusion Set to music each class is a moving meditation that combines challenging postures, fun vinyasas, adjustments and even hand- stands. This is an invigorating breath-centered fire practice that detoxifies your system, realigns your body and energizes your spirit. Vinyasa Thai Yoga If your body is crying out: “touch me”, “stretch me”, “hold me”, “listen to me” or “comfort me”, this yoga class is for you. This unique 90 min. class begins with a Vinyasa Flow warm up and then is followed by a step by step guided practice of Thai Yoga exchange. You will feel physically, mentally, and emotionally connected to your true self as well as having a greater capacity to connect compassionately with others. Learn to give and receive without any previous experience in bodywork. It is not required to bring a partner. Remarkably, with Thai Yoga, the giver is also the receiver as emphasis is placed on mindful awareness of breath, flow during transitions, and the practice of honoring one another through unconditional loving kindness.
