Paula’s circuitous road to yoga began in a required dance class whileundertaking her master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts. Theinspirational teacher of the class, Nana Shineflug, awakened herfascination with conscious movement. Since then Paula has studiedmany movement modalities which eventually led her to a 200 hour yogateacher training with Micheline Berry. The practices of yoga hasprovided Paula with countless benefits to her body, mind and spiritand have transformed all aspects of her life. As an artist, Paulabelieves everyone expresses their ‘art’ in one form or another. Shesees the yoga mat like a blank canvas where we can come to explore ourendless potential. “You are the artist, your body is your naturalinstrument, and your life is your masterpiece.”
